Property Manager

Over the years, Charlie has held a few roles in the customer service industry that have led him to his role as Property Manager at KRG. His most recent position was at Columbus Clay Company where he worked as the formulations and calculations expert. There he maintained the building, machinery and dealt with all reformulations and calculations for the products they manufactured. Prior to that his experience ranges from front of house positions at upscale salons to student supervisor positions during college. Although KRG is his first official property manager role, Charlie has worked at his family’s company overseeing maintenance and other tasks.
Charlie has served the central Ohio community by teaching children as an instructor for the Dublin Arts Council, and as a Novice Boys Assistant Coach for Central Ohio Rowing.
