Property Manager

In 2014 Susan managed the Creekside Multi-Use complex in Gahanna, Oh, a project KRG helped redevelop. A few years later, in 2018, Susan moved to the KRG main office. With this move she began to manage a portfolio consisting of multi and single unit residences, condos, commercial and retail properties.

Susan’s experience has included managing large, multi-unit properties that are in receivership, such as Creekside. Her experience also includes managing the complete rehab of multi-unit residential properties. Susan is also well versed in community wide project management within condominium associations and homeowners’ associations. She uses her experience to help market and lease newly remodeled properties.
