As your advocate our team works with our trusted partners to create a complete understanding of the projects objectives and requirements. From pre-construction services to final inspections, we strive to exceed expectations. We believe communication is the hallmark of a successful outcome and work closely with all involved from ownership to vendors, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, design teams and governmental entities to ensure comprehensive management and coordination of all project activities.

- Bid package coordination & subcontractor prequalification, issuance of contracts
- Conduct frequent jobsite inspections
- Coordination & completion of project punch-list
- Coordinate submission of any drawings, warranties, guarantees, operation manuals, etc.
- Obtain waiver of liens from contractor and subcontractors
- Process payments as necessary
