The Challenge
Stanley Steemer owns the campus at their corporate headquarters, as well as locations in 8 other states and leases all of their other corporate locations throughout the US. While management and maintenance were being handled, it was not being done to the standard that Steemer was accustomed to. Steemer felt they needed a professional team to help organize, strategize, advise & implant a system. After KRG interviewed Steemer about their philosophy and determined their needs, both teams met and together developed a strategy that aligned with Steemer’s goals.
