Drew Catlett is a dedicated property manager in Columbus, Ohio, bringing hands-on expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences to KRG’s property management team. Since starting his real estate career in 2018, Drew has developed a strong background in investment properties, residential homes, and single-family homes, along with guiding first-time home buyers through every step of the process.

Before joining KRG, Drew gained valuable experience with Open House Co., Ltd. and eXp Realty, where he sharpened his skills in real estate investment and property operations. At KRG, Drew takes a proactive, field-based approach—personally visiting properties to ensure every home is well cared for and every client enjoys a seamless experience.

Outside of work, Drew is passionate about his community. He volunteers with Star House and coaches youth basketball at the YMCA. When he’s not managing properties or supporting local families, you’ll find him renovating homes around Columbus or cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
